In 1974, Kasa Industrial Controls was formed by two electrical engineers, Karl and Sam, providing industrial controls to a variety of manufacturers.

Since then, the company has expanded and is now known as Kasa Companies, Inc. It is made up of the following offerings: Kasa Controls & Automation, Kasa Fab, IntelliFinishing, Konnection, and Kasa Anlagen.
